- เมื่อสมัครสมาชิกจะได้รับอีเมลเพื่อยืนยันการเป็นสมาชิก และ Sign in เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบอีกครั้ง

- ค่าจัดส่งสินค้าคำนวณตามน้ำหนักสินค้าที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อ
- มีการจัดส่งสินค้าไปต่างประเทศ โดยคำนวณค่าจัดส่งตามน้ำหนักสินค้ารวม คิดค่าบริการตามอัตราค่าส่งแบบพัสดุลงทะเบียนส่งทางอากาศ ของบริษัท นามยง เวิลด์ไวด์ เอ็กซ์เพรส จำกัด - ระยะเวลาการส่งสินค้า

เงื่อนไขการขอใบกำกับภาษี:
- สามารถขอใบกำกับภาษี ภายในวันที่สั่งซื้อสินค้าเท่านั้น
- ข้อมูลที่ลูกค้าใช้ระหว่างขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจะถูกใช้สำหรับการออกใบกำกับภาษี ซึ่งไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้หลังการสั่งซื้อสินค้าสำเร็จ แนะนำให้ใช้ชื่อเต็มตามกฎหมายหรือชื่อนิติบุคคลที่ถูกต้องเมื่อสั่งซื้อสินค้าเท่านั้น

- How to apply for membership

- All orders will be delivered by Namyong Worldwide Express.
- Shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight of the products.
- International shipping available. Shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight of products and air parcel shipping rate of Namyong Worldwide Express.
- Delivery period
- Domestic: 3 – 5 business days.

Tax invoice conditions:
- Tax invoice have to be requested within the day of purchase only.
- Customer information which is entered during order process will be used to issue the tax invoice and cannot be changed after placing an order. We recommend using your full legal name or correct legal entity name when placing your order.
- Return policy
- The products can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Return policy:
- Defective, damaged or dysfunction of manufacturing.
- The delivered product is incorrect.
